Parent Meeting & 1st Practice

Information from Coach Karyn Krouthamel
Practices are at Rainbow Lakes in Denville- off 46. - MOSTLY - Tue, Wed, Thur 5-6pm and Fridays at Lake Parsippany mid-afternoon-TBA for time. But if you can not come to every practice that is totally fine. Its about fun, and giving the kids a chance to experience swim team.
Meets- MOSTLY Monday nighty 6pm, a couple weekends and Wed Race - Schedule attached!
All ages (typically 5, but if your 4 yr old wants to do it, than that should be OK) and swimming levels accepted. There are extra coaches that can help with stroke development along side practices. And younger kids can swim with a kickboard, or bubble/life jacket until they are strong enough to go the full length- 25 yards.
$40/child for coaching. Thats all swim team will cost you!! (I think its per child, I will double check)
Races are aged bracketed and by gender. 8U, 10U etc.... And if there are more kids, they add extra heats.
June 10th - Parent Meeting and 1st practice 5-6pm. (weather depending) at RAINBOW LAKES.

Championship Meet August 8/5-8/7. End of season. Adults can race as well!
