Members are required to submit their security deposit at the time of booking and their rental fee in full no later than 3 weeks prior to the rental date. Non-Members are required to submit half of the security deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the security deposit plus their rental fee in full no later than 3 weeks prior to the rental date.

The 1,100-square foot open floor plan with central hardwood dance floor accommodates whatever configuration you have in mind for your event! Tables and chairs included.
The room includes a stage, recessed lightning with dimmers, individually zoned thermostatically controlled heating and central air conditioning, cathedral ceilings and wall-to-wall windows overlooking a panoramic view of Lake Telemark.
There is video projection and an integrated sound system. You can use whatever media you need, such as movies or music playlists for your party or presentations for your business meeting.
